Sound Moves - Booking Form

To book a place on this class there are 4 steps:

1. See Sound Moves webpage for full details - check you're happy with that.

2. Fill in the details below. Any questions? Use the 'info' box.

3. If you're booking for the free trial on May 10th 2018, you will receive email confirmation that your child's place is confirmed, with details of how to get to classes, what to expect, what to bring, etc.

4. If you are booking a place for the term, you will receive an invoice for the rest of the term and details of how to pay.

5. Upon receipt of payment, your child's place will be confirmed - you'll receive email confirmation with details of how to get to classes, what to expect, what to bring, etc.
